We are not a law firm and we are not regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority. Recent legislation improved access to legal services to promote competition in the legal sector. Some activities (the Reserved Activities) need to be carried out by a solicitor operating through a regulated practice (e.g. wills and probate, land registrations, notarial activities and the conduct of litigation). We don’t do these things, but we do everything else you would normally expect from your lawyers.
