Luke previously held in house company secretarial roles across various FTSE 100 and 250 companies most notably Rexam plc and Burberry Group plc providing company secretarial services. Most recently he led the company secretariat at fund administrator Langham Hall and at Imagination Technologies Group plc prior to their takeover by Canyon Bridge.
JUSTIN HUBBLE
Justin was barrister in New Zealand before moving to the UK where he worked as a private practise lawyer at City firm Ashurst. On leaving private practise he pursued in-house roles as the General Counsel of several high growth, disruptive tech businesses from start-up to float.
Rebecca Lillington
Rebecca has previously worked for several at international professional services firms providing company secretarial services to a range of investment funds and corporate structures in the real estate and asset leasing sectors. More recently she held an analyst role at BlackRock supporting their executive committees and pan-European projects.
Helen Richardson
Helen has held senior in-house company secretarial roles in main market listed companies such as Huntsworth plc and has extensive experience of quoted companies and alternative fund structures from roles held at Intertrust and MSP Secretaries. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nottingham and has completed the Legal Practitioner Course.
